It's time to kick up some fun at the DSG!
Boys and girls with Down syndrome ages 7 to 11 are invited to the DSG office for a fun night of learning the basics of Karate from Linda Hanson of Tamahashi Blackbelt Academy. Linda's unique combination of martial arts training and a degree in Child Care has proven perfect for teaching martial arts to children of all ages and abilities. Linda has worked with DSG teens and adults already and was so excited to be invited to work with our 7-11 year old kiddos too! Parents should plan to stay onsite for a facilitated discussion regarding summer camp opportunities in the Kansas City Metro Area.

The Down Syndrome Guild of Greater Kansas City is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization whose mission is to provide support and resources for individuals with Down syndrome, their families and the professionals who serve them.
