ESA returns in summer 2018 with our flagship speedrun marathon, raising money once again in benefit of humanitarian organisation Save the Children. Cancellation policy ESA Tickets refund policy During the Early Bird Registration Period, a refund (minus 200SEK fee) is possible if you decide not to come to the event for any reason. This fee is charged to cover fixed costs associated with your initial ticket purchase, and is non-negotiable. After the Early Bird Registration Period (when "Standard Registration" tickets go on sale, 6 weeks before the event) no further refunds are possible.
