3 ways to generate creative name tags for your next event

When it comes to seminars, training sessions, or any sort of meet and greet events, name tags are very important. Name tags come in all different shapes, sizes, and colors; the possibilities are really endless.

Generating name tags can be something that your company does after everyone has completed their conference registration information – all you need is a simple program or a person with some time on their hands and you’ve got yourself some name tags!

If you want to add something extra to the name tags at your next event, here are a few ideas you can try out:

  1. Add something special to your name tags to indicate what the wearer’s specialty is; at a conference you could have people from accounting, sales, and other departments. Use a special symbol or design to help these people find one another as well as mingle with people from other departments.
  2. Make your tags colorful and unique. It isn’t very difficult especially if you are using event management software that offers name tag options. You can also add unique QR codes on the name tags which other attendees can scan and add to their contacts.
  3. Instead of printing your name tags completely, print them with a large space for the individual’s name and let them write their Twitter ID on the name tag themselves.

If you sell tickets online to your next event, ask those who register using your online event registration software if they would like to see any of these options on their name tags. You can then take the most popular option and use it at your next event!
